Instructional Assistant Miriam Edell.  Edell assist in the Agricultural Sciences classes,
manages the greenhouse and farm, and supervises the work study students and the intern. 

Miriam Edell is a very busy bee on the LBCC campus.  She works in the classroom, her office, the greenhouse or on the farm and manages the students doing work study and internships.  Edell is also the coordinator with the Culinary Arts and Agricultural Science department to grow produce for the LBCC's cafeteria and restaurant.
